I accept payment through PayPal. It is secure, so I can ship your items out quickly.
Shipping & Returns

All purchases in stock are shipped within 1-3 days using USPS First Class mail with tracking. Custom orders take longer.

Domestic and International shipping price is calculated at time of purchase and based on the delivery location for a 9”x 6” x 1" padded envelope with gift box inside.

Backorders
I am a single artist so each piece of jewelry is individually crafted by me alone. Backorders ship when they are completed which may take from 1-2 weeks depending on my work load and the item ordered.
While many designs can be created again, there will be slight variations. Please contact me for purchasing information about pieces on the website, as my studio inventory is limited.
Returns
I make every effort to photograph and describe each item accurately and in detail. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions prior to placing your order.
My goal is that you will love your new jewelry purchase…
If you are having second thoughts, or you are not pleased with an item I made, I may refund or exchange it as long as the piece hasn’t been damaged or altered, and if you contact me within 5 days of delivery on my website “Contact”. For clarity, please send me a photo of your receipt and of the piece that you would like to return. The cost of return shipping and insurance will be the responsibility of the buyer. As soon as item(s) have been shipped back, please provide me with the tracking number.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to printing the shipping label. That would be within 12 hours of your purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
Your jewelry order will be put in a recycled craft box stamped with my signature logo and completed with a ribbon and ready for gifting. Enclosed you will find a card with care instructions and information on the specific materials used in your order.
